Hi all! Please take time to answer this short evaluation of our processes for the first semester.

If you are not able to go to a processing session and/or a prayer session yet or at all, just answer N/A, Since the advocacy forum will still be on the 17th (this serves as a reminder. 6:00 - 7:30pm, Leong Hall Auditorium), answer N/A for that item.

Since I was the one who handled your processing sessions and prayer session, please answer Category 5 ONLY. Put N/A for all questions on Category 6. 

Except for JM-S. Answer N/A for the first 2 questions on Category 5 (processing session handled by the formator), and N/A for the last 2 questions on Category 6 (prayer session handled by a facilitator).

If what you've attended are make up sessions, just rate them as is.
