MBTI Test Interpretation



"What kind of bridge do I wish to build with other people?" The Loyola Schools Office of Guidance and Counselling (LS-OGC) posed this challenge to all NSTP PLUS students during their Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Test Interpretation (MBTI TI) Session last July 2 and 9.

The NSTP PLUS Program believes that one key to effective community integration and service is self-awareness. NSTP PLUS, through the MBTI TI, guides the students in making sense of how they perceive the world and make decisions so that they may be able to see what their tendencies are during their NSTP PLUS activities.

The students were given interpretations of their Personality Types, followed by a bridge-building activity using only sheets of newspaper and some tape which hopefully helped them discover or affirm their personalities in a task-oriented setting.
